He’s always enduring my packages make it to my door and goes above and beyond for every resident. He’s helped me from repairs, to moving furniture, to last minute incidents on the property where I need help. He’s always willing to help out and make sure that the property is in amazing shape. I owe a lot of my great experience at Vie Villas to Johnny the property manager. Would definitely give him a raise if I could Thanks for being awesome.

The staff is very friendly and fixes problems in a timely manner. There are only a few guest parking spots and the gates remain open throughout the day but there is a security guard that walks around the community every few hours which makes me feel safe. I strongly recommend living here if you are a college student.

submitted by Kristen V. - |Recommended: YesPretty Good Place to Live — You can hear loud neighbors outside, especially where the revving of engines and screeching of tires on their vehicles is concerned, but they seem to stop joyriding or whatever they're up to sometime after 11 so it doesn't interfere with sleep too much.
The office isn't labeled. It's identical to a sea of houses that other residents live in. I'm paranoid I'll knock on the wrong door and meet a disgruntled neighbor wondering why the heck I think they have my mail.

submitted by Laura - |Recommended: YesVie Villa is the place to live if your thinking about off campus housing Kevin the property manager was so helpful and understanding in the situation that we had happen to my daughter during move in. Their Maintenance is one of the best, Jonny and Cari are not your average Maintenance staff, they care about the apartments and the students that live there they are Amazing and so helpful. I also must say that I was also so surprised how clean the units were during move in it truly was a great experience.
I give VIE a 10 PLUS rating for everything I'm so glad that we choose this place for my daughter.

I also like the look of the townhouse we live in the look is modern and comfy. A great transition from living at home definitely not a downgrade.
